SHIPPING UPDATE: Please note: We are still in a global Pandemic and ask for your patience and understanding of safety for our employees. We understand how important your order is and we aim to fulfill orders as fast as humanly possible.
We ship through the USPS + UPS.
If an order is shipped from Jessie Rose Mercantile to an incorrect address that you as the customer provided, you as the customer will be responsible to repay for reshipping. We WILL NOT assume responsibility for invalid information given by the customer. Jessie Rose WILL NOT assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
- Jessie Rose Mercantile is NOT responsible for:
- Delays with USPS or UPS shipping
- International Duties or Customs Charges

If your tracking shows "delivered" and you have not received your package, Jessie Rose IS NOT responsible. This issue must be resolved with the United States Postal Service or your local law enforcement.
EXPRESS SHIPPING: We are currently not offering expedited shipping services.
